Watch as inspirational wheelchair-bound boy does pull-ups in incredible video

THIS is the inspirational moment a wheelchair-bound boy does 11 pull-ups in a row during a stunning workout.

Gabe Mangus, 13, showed incredible strength to lift himself off the ground as he worked up a sweat in the gym.

Gabe was born with spina bifida, which has prevented him from being able to walk.

But he proved there are no limits to his willpower as he achieved the unthinkable in the gym.

Using a makeshift pull-up bar in the squat rack, he gripped the barbell and pulled himself off the ground.

In 25 seconds he managed to complete 11 pull-ups before he finally decided to give his arms a well-deserved break.

According to StoryTrender, his seventh grade coach motivated him at Southside Charter High School in Batesville, Indiana, US.

Deerick Smith said: "Gabe is incredible.

"He just goes to show there can be no excuse as he powers on."

Gabe's childhood dream of scoring a touchdown came true three years ago – with a little help from an Arkansas middle school football team.
