Alex Jones last night revealed that her Christmas hasn’t got off to the best start. The One Show presenter has been forced to call in help, hours before the big day.
So far… Christmas 2020 is ace
The 43-year-old explained what had happened as she lamented the issue via Instagram.
Speaking out in view of her 270,000 followers, the TV host shared a picture of her kitchen.
Stood in the middle next to her fridge on a ladder was a man tinkering with the ceiling.
“This is a very kind plumber,” Alex informed, hiding the male’s identity with a tap emoji.

“So far… Christmas 2020 is ace.”
Alex did not go into any further details, however a seemingly empty bottle of wine could be seen on the counter.
Just hours earlier, the small screen regular said she was “reflecting and remembering” in a cryptic upload.
Only Alex’s muddy trainers could be seen in her photo, while appearing to be exercising outdoors.
A woodland view took centre-stage, as well as a water-logged grassy area.
It comes after Alex gave another insight into the festive period at home with her husband Charlie Thomson and their two sons: Teddy, three, and one-year-old Kit.
The Welsh brunette walked down the aisle in 2015, before welcoming her first child less two years later.

Alex captioned it: “Trying to put on a brave festive face for the boys after yesterday’s news.

Alex is thought to live in a Tier 4 area, meaning she is unable to visit family this Christmas.
It quickly garnered more than 7,000 likes and many comments from users.
One person told her: “Trying to put on brave face too. Can’t see my mam and dad now in Wales who have only seen my 6 month old baby once in July, worried he will be 1 by the time we get to see them again.
“My 3 year old also misses mamgu & tadcu.”(sic)
However, a second stated: “It is just one day! Everyone needs to get it into perspective. What we are up against is life changing/ending.”
