Country superstar Garth Brooks has postponed his previously scheduled livestream alongside Trisha Yearwood after learning that they may have been exposed to the coronavirus.
“While Garth and Trisha are fine, the Garth/Trisha camp has possibly been exposed to the Covid-19 virus,” their team broke the news in a statement. “To be smart about this, they are all quarantining for 2 weeks and thank everyone for their concern.”
The singers were originally scheduled to perform a live set on Brooks’ weekly Facebook series on Tuesday, July 7. Titled “Inside Studio G,” the live-series is a quarantine-inspired show, in which the singer performs a variety of songs at the request of his fans.
A new date for the postponed event has yet to be revealed.
