Country superstar Kacey Musgraves has put her nearly 100-year old historic Nashville home up for sale amid her divorce from husband Ruston Kelly.
The singer, who previously shared the house with Kelly, is selling the two-bedroom, one-bathroom home for $359,000. According to the Nashville Multiple Listing Service (MLS), she has already received several offers.
The 1,300-square-foot house, which was built in 1926, also features a screened-in porch, a white fireplace and wood accents.
The couple announced their separation in July after two years of marriage.
“With heavy but hopeful hearts we wanted to put our own thoughts into the air about what’s happening. These kinds of announcements are always met with scrutiny and speculation and we want to stop that before it even starts,” they wrote in a joint statement.
Despite announcing their separation, the two have shared support for each other online.
Musgraves praised Kelly’s new song, “Pressure,” calling it “such an exquisite song,” just two weeks after announcing their separation.
