Health and wellness remain at the top of Erin Andrews’ holiday wish list this year.
“Because this year has been so crazy for everyone, I love the idea of giving the gift of calming down and chilling out,” the WEAR by Erin Andrews designer, 42, recently told Page Six.
“I’ve been doing the 21 Days of Calm on the Calm app and it’s been really great,” she continued. “I love to listen to meditation and sleep music while getting ready for bed.”
An integral part of Fox’s lead NFL broadcasting team, Andrews has not slowed down amid the COVID-19 pandemic. And with cases continuing to rise throughout the country, Andrews has found a way to way to make the socially distant holidays special.
“It’ll be the first year of my life not being physically together with my family, so I guess the new tradition this year is that we’re going virtual,” she said. “My phone will be on a charger 24/7 because we’ll be FaceTiming each other all day long.”
Although Jenni Kayne throws and Diptyque candles are among Andrews’ favorite go-to gifts, she’s veering towards more fitness-friendly presents this year.
“Since it’s hard for my loved ones to get out to be active and go to the gym right now I’m planning on gifting things to help with their at-home fitness goals. Anything to add to their at-home gyms or fitness routines to help keep them sane,” Andrews said.
And let’s not forget Andrews’ beloved golden retriever.
“As for Howie, I’m getting him a brand new bed to go in my new renovated office space,” she said.
