Brian Austin Green thinks ex Vanessa Marcil ‘needs to move on’ after she gives Megan Fox support in divorce

BRIAN Austin Green has called on ex-fiance Vanessa Marcil to "move on" after she publicly supported Megan Fox in her divorce from Brian.

Vanessa and Brian dated in the late 1990s and welcomed 18-year-old son Kassius in March 2002.

After two years of engagement they split in 2003.

But following Brian's split from Megan earlier in 2020, Vanessa has spoken up in support of the Transformers actress and praised her for "finally living her life for herself."

In response, a fan commented on Brian's Instagram: "You know what’s worse than going through a very public break up….the last baby momma chiming in to bring up old sh*t to add more fire to a very public break up.

"17 years ago you broke up…maybe she needs to move on…I mean she never loved you anyways???!!"

Brian then added in reply: "Agree."

During a Q&A on Instagram, Vanessa had shared: "I actually have respect for how @meganfox is finally living her life for herself & leaving her children out of her public life at this young age.

"I used to hide Kass from the public when he was young & never once spoke about our court case to kass or publicly until Kass was grown & insisted I stop lying to protect."

The General Hospital actress then added: "Megan finally living her life for herself is in itself a gift to her children."

Vanessa and Brian have long had a tumultuous relationship and she had previously alleged he cut their son out of his life for five years after a custody court battle.

The actress previously claimed Brian and Megan tried to get full custody of Kassuis in 2006.

She wrote on Instagram in 2018: "12 years ago I was served legal papers and then spent 8 years+ defending myself and my son in custody court in response to his father & his stepmother trying to get full custody (that means I would have seen my son four days a month) and then asking me to pay them child support."

The star added: "In the end they lost all of these court cases. The judge called them all ‘Frivolous’ They always had 50% custody and still did when court ended as I had and have NEVER asked for full custody.”

Megan and Brian share three children together: Bodhi, 6, Noah, 7, and Journey, 4.

Brian confirmed the end of his marriage to Megan in May, admitting she will always be his "best friend."

Megan has since moved on with rapper Machine Gun Kelly, 30.

Last month, Brian spoke openly about their "amazing 15-year relationship" that brought them "three beautiful kids."

He said: "We shared a lot together and we really went through a lot together.

"So right now the paths are different and she is on her path doing what she feels she needs to be doing to be happy and I’m on my path doing what I feel I need to do to be happy and it’s not for a lack of love for the kids or lack of being responsible, it’s really important to take care of yourself."
