EastEnders ' Chantelle tragically lost her life at the hands of her sick and twisted husband Gray during Friday's disturbing episode.
BBC bosses recently confirmed the heartbreaking twist of poor Chantelle's death, but viewers were not prepared for how she died.
Gray pushed her to her limit, leaving her screaming at him that she didn't love him anymore.
He shoved her and pushes her over onto the open dishwasher, and she landed on some upright knives.
Instead of calling an ambulance, he left her for dead, leaving one of the kid's toys beside her to make it look like she'd tripped.
Gray waited until Chantelle had died, and then phoned the ambulance.
He said threw tears: "Help, my wife. She's had an accident."
Viewers were absolutely heartbroken to see Chantelle murdered after the poor character has suffered in silence for far too long.
One said: "Oh my dear god i cant believe he just did that! I did not see that coming!!"
While another wrote: "He pushed her so she fell on top of the knife and now he isn’t going for help ah ah."
"This is horrific. Horrific. #EastEnders."
Gray left Chantelle and didn't call an ambulace.
In heartbreaking scenes her dad tried to phone her, but as she was laying on the floor nearly dead, she didn't answer her phone.
Her Mitch Baker dad left her a devastating final voicemail, unaware that his daughter was dying.
He told her: "Hello baby it's daddy. I'm jut calling to check everything alright."
Mitch finished saying: "I love you baby, you sleep tight."
Chantelle's abuse worsened throughout lockdown as she was forced to stay at home with Gray.
During the week viewers saw Chantelle (Jessica Kate Plummer) plan to escape from Gray (Toby-Alexander Smith) once and for all, taking her two children with her.
She planned to flee after managing to get away with him by going on a family holiday, but Gray ruined the getaway as he ended up on the holiday too.
Gray also caught her discussing her escape plan with Kheerat, who wanted to look after her and revealed his feelings for her.
The evil husband was furious and confronted her in a fiery rage before he forced her to call Kheerat.
While he watched on he forced Chantelle to tell Keerat that she'd decided to stay with Gray in an attempt to make her marriage work.

Jon Sen, executive producer said: "Being able to shed light on the realities of what goes on behind closed doors has never been more crucial given the harrowing statistics as a result of the current pandemic and hopefully Chantelle's story will encourage people to speak out to someone they trust and get the support that they need."
He added: "Jessica's performance is nothing short of extraordinary and even in her final scenes, the audience will be moved by Chantelle's strength. We're very sorry so see Jessica go but hope that her impact on viewers is long-lasting."
