A massive queue to kill Graham Foster formed in tonight's dark episode of Emmerdale.
Graham got ready to leave the village for good with Rhona Goskirk as they packed their bags for France while a string of characters sharpened their knives.
After stealing even more money from Kim Tate, he managed to antagonise most of the village during his final day in the Dales.
As he stood looking out into the darkness with Rhona, she said: "We’re going to upset some people aren’t we. Do you ever have a feeling something really big is about to start?"
The dark foreshadowing of Graham's death was noticed – but viewers are convinced they know who will strike the killing blow as a new villain seemingly emerged.
Some Emmerdale fans believe Vanessa Woodfield will murder Graham after discovering his plan to flee with Rhona.
The vet has not featured in the official suspect line-up – but viewers are predicting a dark twist in the explosive storyline.
Vanessa was stunned when Rhona came clean to her about moving to France with Graham and implored her not to tell Marlon.
Pleading with Rhona to stay, Vanessa said: "Don’t go tomorrow, don’t go at all. Please for me."
When Graham turned up and said "see you around", angry Vanessa replied: "Not likely, is it."
Troubled Vanessa then asked Marlon what he thought of Graham while struggling with her discovery – with the chef telling her his rival was "poison".
Lots of Emmerdale viewers took to Twitter with their theories that Vanessa will kill Graham.
"Honestly torn between Vanessa and Rhona…I don't want Vanessa to be the killer but think of the material…," tweeted one viewer.
Another added: "Maybe it’s Vanessa Graham finds her tells her to find her own business they argue she attacks him"
"Or it might be Vanessa….," said a third.
The end of tonight's episode saw a host of villagers getting ready to end Graham once and for all.
Furious Jai Sharma told Laurel Thomas that he was sick of being pushed around after he was mocked by Graham.
Vowing to get revenge, he said: "I am sick of people pushing me around. I’m not used to it and I don’t like it. I'm going to deal with it. Put an end to it once and for all."
Charity Dingle found out that someone had upset her son Ryan Stocks but has no idea he was stealing for Graham.
She asked: "Has some upset you? Because if they have I will kill them."
While Marlon Dingle started angrily chopping up vegetables as he told Victoria Barton he intends to stop Graham and Rhona taking Leo away.
At Home Farm, Kim told Al that she would "demonstrate the consequences of crossing her" after finding out Graham was going.
While Andrea told Jamie: "I hate him too you know. Graham. For what he's done to us. I wish he never existed."
Seething Jamie added: "So we do have something in common."
