Both Stacey Slater (Lacey Turner) and Kheerat Panesar (Jaz Keol) have found themselves feeling low and vulnerable in EastEnders – and fans were surprised when this led to an unexpected night of passion between the characters as they opened up about their loneliness.
Kheerat has been struggling to hold it together since Chantelle died. He was in love with her and they had planned to run away together but now he remains convinced that he could have done more to save her – and that her husband Gray (Toby-Alexander Smith) was involved in her death.
Meanwhile, Stacey has been left humiliated after she planned to try again with Martin Fowler (James Bye) – only to find out he had married Ruby Allen (Louisa Lytton).
Both down in the dumps, Stacey and Kheerat shared a night together but it doesn’t look like a romantic future is on the horizon for the pair as they both agree that it was a mistake not to be repeated.
As they speak about what happened and mutually agree there was nothing in it, things seem amicable. But little does Stacey know that Kheerat could be involved in her family’s eviction as he lures gambling addict Kush Kazemi (Davood Ghadami) into a poker game with high stakes.
Ruby has secretly joined forces with Suki (Balvinder Sopal) to execute a revenge plan to drive the Slaters out of Walford.
But will Stacey hit back by exposing her night with Kheerat to Suki – who is bound to be unimpressed with her son.
And we know what she can do when her offspring disappoint her…
