Amanda Holden appeared to poke fun at Holly Willoughby's return to This Morning, as she referenced the TV presenter's opening remarks on Instagram.
Returning to the morning show on Monday, Holly, 42, opened the show by asking viewers: "Firstly, are you OK?" before going on to address the departure of her former co-host Phillip Schofield, who recently stepped down from both the show and ITV as a whole.
Now, Amanda, 52, has taken to Instagram to poke fun at Holly's return. Sharing a video to her Instagram Story, Amanda donned a white jumpsuit that appeared rather similar to the dress worn by Holly a day prior.
Speaking to the camera, Amanda quipped: "Hello, it is Tuesday. Are you okay?
"Today I'm wearing this gorgeous white jumpsuit. It is from Me & Em. It's been in my wardrobe for absolutely ages. I've been dying to wear it because the weather's got better."
Amanda took another shot at Holly while on air for her Heart radio breakfast show.
As she and co-host Jamie Theakston joked about Amanda arriving hungover to work yesterday, she said: "I got home, got straight into bed with my dog and cat. I got up, cooked the tea and went back to bed again at 8.
"I did that thing where you wake up at 2 and you have to talk yourself back into going to sleep."
To which Jamie joked: "We're worried about your well-being." Amanda didn't miss the chance to joke about This Morning, as she replied: "I'm OK people, are you OK?" before cackling.
It comes amid Amanda's continued feud with former This Morning presenter Phillip, with whom she had previously appeared on the TV daytime show during 2014 while Holly was on maternity leave.
Amanda was then set to fill in as a replacement for Holly on This Morning during her 2018 stint hosting I'm A Celebrity…Get Me Out Of Here! but the offer was reportedly withdrawn last minute.
This offer was later said to have been revoked after Phillip intervened and instead requested that Rochelle Humes join him on the sofa during Holly's absence, claiming that she would be easier to "manage" than Amanda.
A source at the time told The Sun: "Amanda was so excited when she learnt she had secured the role. She is ITV’s golden girl and has always been a firm favourite with This Morning.
"So she was shocked when she was taken out to lunch by ITV executives who told her that unfortunately they couldn’t follow through with the offer."
