Danniella Westbrook works up a sweat in blue crop top and matching leggings

Danniella Westbrook looked fit and healthy as she was pictured in the middle of a workout in a park in London on Monday.

The 48 year old was seen with a friend in the middle of a sweaty session outdoors in the sunshine and appeared to be in enthusiastic spirits when she was spotted.

Danniella wore a blue long sleeved crop top with a zipped collar, showing off a hint of her stomach, and a pair of matching blue leggings with a drawstring tie at the waist.

The former EastEnders star flashed a smile at the camera as she was captured jogging whilst rocking a pair of aviator sunglasses.

Danniella 's energised appearance comes after she discussed on Instagram this year that she was “ready for a full transformation physically”, after sharing that she had spent the last year having Botox and fillers in effort to restore her looks.

The actress spoke exclusively to OK! about having recently gone through multiple operations on her face as she continued on with her plan to rebuild her features.

"I'm going through a lot operations at the moment. They're good but they're very hard," Danniella revealed.

"The first two of my operations haven't taken a toll on me but the next lot will do. I'm seeing a bone surgeon next who is going to be removing a rib."

In removing her rib, Danniella is hoping that surgeons can restructure part of her cheekbone, which was damaged after developing osteoporosis due to bad dental work.

Having had the procedure first in 2018, she explained on Good Morning Britain that she ended up with “bone disease” following the botched operation.

“When I was doing excessive amounts of drugs and lost my nose I would have got it then, not after being 13 years clean. I wouldn't have just got it in the last three years,” Danniella said.

“The screws, which they have left in, the bone didn't close around them when I had implants, which led to blood getting into the bone so it just died.

“That gave me the septicaemia which gave me the bone disease and started rotting away and it's all down to that.

“They were going to have to take some of my skull but they're going to use a floating rib. I have no cheek bone here at all where it's just gone from osteoporosis, nothing to do with cocaine at all."
