Donny Osmond ‘being evaluated by doctor’ as injury forces him to pull out of show

Donny Osmond suffered from a “slight injury” while performing on stage in Pantoland last night. The 63-year-old is now under the watchful eye of doctor as he takes a break to recover. A statement on his Twitter page reads: “Donny Osmond suffered a slight injury during the evening performance of Pantoland on Saturday and thus will miss Sunday’s scheduled shows.

“He’s being evaluated by a doctor and hopes to return to the stage on Tuesday.

“Today’s performances at The Palladium will continue as planned.”

Many of the singer’s 198,000 followers flocked to his post to send their well wishes.

Cathy Nelson wrote: “Hugs and love to you Donny. Get well soon. Please take care of your health first.”

Maria commented: “Sending healing thoughts and prayers for a speedy recovery!”

Alison Ali added: “Aww Donny I hope you are better soon.

“We were at the performance last night and it was fabulous, take care xxxxx.”

Fans expressed their excitement to see the singer perform as part of the show’s opening night in London last night.

They wrote: “The time is finally upon us. Opening night for Pantoland.

“So incredibly excited to be a part of this show. Who is coming to an upcoming date?

“Can’t wait to see you there!”
