Gaz Beadle decorates Christmas tree with kids after split from wife Emma McVey

Reality TV star Gaz Beadle took to Instagram to show off his family's Christmas decorations, two months after announcing his split from wife Emma McVey.

Gaz, who rose to fame on Geordie Shore in 2011, put up an Instagram reel with his two children, Chester, five, and Primrose, three, as they got into the festive spirit and decorated their tree, captioning it: ‘It’s not perfect but they did it’. The family were in their pyjamas as they took it in turns putting baubles on the branches of their tree in the spacious living room.

It hasn’t been an easy time for Gaz, 35, and ex-model Emma, 31, who decided to separate in October, after two years of marriage.

Emma met the Geordie Shore star back in 2016 – they were first spotted together in January of that year, before making things official in the August.

Afterwards, the pair seemed very much in love with Emma joining Gaz abroad for various projects. But in 2017, their romance hit rocky ground after Emma accused Gaz of cheating.

They got back together in August of 2017 to announce Emma’s pregnancy to Chester Raymond Beadle-McVey who was born in January 2018.

Emma and Gaz announced their engagement a month prior to the birth of their second child, Primrose in December 2019. Gaz organised a fireworks display in their garden with a sign that read: “Will you marry me?”.

Their wedding was covered by OK! and took place in Cheshire in July 2021.

However, sadly in October of this year, Gaz revealed that he and Emma had split on his Instagram page following a Q&A session.

When a fan asked if he and Emma were still in a relationship, Gaz said: "No we actually separated about 3 weeks ago we are still friends there is no bad blood or anything.

"We have worked out the best way of doing it for the kids which for me and Emma is always gunna be the most important thing. We both deserve to be happy as well as being parents.”

Emma hasn’t addressed her marriage split much on her socials but has shared images of her kids and praised them for giving her ‘strength’ as a single mum.

Along with a snap of Chester and Primrose, Emma wrote: “The strength these two give me is a strength I never knew I had. Some days are good, some days are really hard.”
