Gemma Collins has posted a stunning swimsuit snap to Instagram as she told her 2.2million Instagram followers “own who you are”.

The 41 year old former The Only Way is Essex star shared a look at her her three stone weight loss in the image, as she posed in a white strapless swimsuit.

On her head she donned a white fedora hat with a black ribbon around it, and she further accessorised with a huge pair of silver hooped earrings.

While her face makeup was pared down, the star opted to wear her signature fluttery black false lashes and added a slick of pink lipstick to glam up the look.

She captioned the snap: “OWN WHO YOU ARE always be your true authentic self and do not give 2 Fs what anyone thinks it’s their issue honey not yours”.

Her followers and fans rushed to comment on the snap, with one writing: “YES BEAUT”.

Another wrote: “I love ur confidence, wish I could.”

Someone else commented: “Yasssssss Queen”, while another wrote: “Gorgeous photo and well said xx”.

Suzie Wells, the mum of Gemma’s former TOWIE co-stars Sam and Billie Faiers, simply commented with two clapping emojis followed by two love heart emojis.

Another person thanked her for her inspiring words, writing: “Thanks Gem really needed to hear this today love you hun”.

Gemma has lost 3st in a year after overhauling her lifestyle with a strict diet and fitness regime.

She’s also tried cryotherapy, which is said to blast body fat, where temperatures drop to close to -200C.

Speaking about her new way of looking at food, and avoiding treats, Gemma said: "After working out you just think, that bit of cake, that's another hour doing squat thrusts with weights, hell, no, it's not worth it.”

At one stage during the height of her weight loss journey, Gemma was getting up at the crack of dawn to meet her personal trainer in her Essex garden, and often posted videos of her posing in workout gear and running down leafy roads.

Gemma had a fabulous time over the weekend celebrating the Queen’s Platinum Jubilee, as she threw a huge Jubilee party in the garden of her £1.35million Essex home.

The blonde beauty took to Instagram to show off the set up to her followers, and admitted that she "loved"
the Queen and is "so patriotic”.

As she showed off her home, Gemma said: "Good morning my loyal subjects, royal subjects… I'm not sure how it goes.

"There is a huge party at the GC residence today. I am so patriotic, I love the Queen, and I'm going to do her proud today.
