The French actress, who joined the hit BBC One show for its fourth season in 2015, has had the pleasure of working with an incredible cast.
But there appear to be a string of actors on set who have left quite the impression on Josephine more than others.
It’s a bit difficult to pick one
Josephine Jobert
Taking to her official Instagram, the 36-year-old utilised the app’s Story feature to answer a string of questions from fans.
When asked about her favourite co-star on Death In Paradise, Josephine responded, saying: “It’s a bit difficult to pick one because I’ve worked with beautiful people.
“Let’s say that working with Ardal [O’Hanlon] was extremely peaceful and pleasant. Working with Tobi [Bakare] too. We had so so so much fun!”
She went on to add: “@tahjmiles is so adorable and talented but we did not have much scenes together unfortunately. Same for @shantoljackson who is like the sister I wish I had.”

Josephine’s character Florence Cassell joined the team of Honoré Police as Sergeant before finding herself quickly promoted to Detective Sergeant following Camille Borday’s decision to leave her position for a new job in Paris.
Despite her young age, Florence had risen through the ranks exceptionally fast due to her quick learning and impressive detective skills, making her one of the best in her field.
Though Josephine had initially left Death In Paradise for “personal and professional reasons” in 2019, the actress made a surprise comeback when the Beeb confirmed her return for the tenth series, which aired back in January.
Season 10 of the crime drama fared exceptionally well on BBC, with the series as a whole amassing an average of 8.13 million viewers.
Fans are aware that filming for season 11 is well underway thanks to Josephine, who has been teasing fans with behind the scenes footage since August.
Given that there’s usually a one-year break between each series, viewers were undoubtedly excited to see that they could still get their regular updates from Josephine, who has been keeping fans in the loop on what’s to come with countless teasers and sneak peeks on her social media.
Also in August, the Summer Crush star went on her Instagram Story, telling her 90k+ followers she had been stuck in traffic as she made her way to the set for another day of filming.
Unfortunately, though, Josephine was sure to make a late arrival after being blocked by two vehicles — a truck and a car — which had temporarily left her coming to a standstill.

“On our way to set. Blocked on the road,” she wrote while her facial expression in the clip gave off every reason to believe she was not happy about being late to work.
In a desperate attempt to skip traffic, Josephine tried to get through the hold-up before updating fans with a follow-up Story as she quipped: “Everything is fine…”
Aside from starring in the upcoming 11th season of the BBC programme, Josephine told Hello! back in July she had several projects in the pipeline, including a potential blockbuster flick which she’d been writing with her mother.
She didn’t share any further details regarding the project but insists it’s already being developed.
Josephine also touched on the persistent question from fans wondering if she’d ever audition for a role as the next Bond girl in a James Bond movie.
Josephine’s cousin Eva Green famously helmed the part when she was cast as Vesper Lynn in 2006’s Casino Royale opposite Daniel Craig.
Asked if she had any interest in working on a Bond flick in the future, she referenced fans’ questions, saying: “I have to keep them just in case I meet the casting director and I can say ‘Look at this!'”
Season 11 is slated for a release in early 2022.
