Kylie had first announced that she was expecting her second child with Travis Scott in September.

Scott and Jenner’s first child, daughter Stormi, 3, was born in February 2018.

Revealing the news in a sweet family video where she chronicled her journey thus far and shared clips of her family finding out and Kris Jenner can be seen shedding tears.

A source told People magazine at the time: "Kylie is showing and was ready to share. She is beyond excited. She never planned to keep her pregnancy secret like she did with Stormi, she just wanted to wait until it felt right."

"She loves her baby bump and has a gorgeous glow. Travis is equally excited. They are a great team and parents."

Since the reveal of her pregnancy, fans have been trying to predict the gender of the baby at birth, with many suspecting it may be a boy.

Eagle eyed fans first noticed that Kylie had shared a photo of daughter Stormi with the caption “favourite girl” next to a blue love heart emoji.

Another photo showed Stormi wrapped in a blue towel as she got ready for a bath and Kylie’s most recent car purchase featured a pale blue interior that Kylie captioned “baby blue.”

But while fans are busy guessing the assigned gender of the coming baby, Kylie has been feeling the woes of expectancy as she had to skip the Met Gala this year.

Posting a series of her outfits from previous years at the event, Jenner Revealed to her 267 million followers that she wont be attending the event, writing: "i'm so sad i couldn't make it this year [white heart emoji] [white heart emoji] i can't wait to see all the looks"
