Two new bombshells who have promised to ‘spice’ up Love Island will enter the villa on Wednesday night’s episode.
Zara Deniz Lackenby-Brown and David Salako’s appearance was teased at the end of Tuesday night’s episode as they were seen walking towards the villa.
Their entrance comes just after islander Will Young was left single after bombshell Tom Cane chose to couple up with Olivia Hawkins.
Newcomers: Bombshells Zara Deniz Lackenby-Brown and David Salako will be stirring things up in the villa on Wednesday’s episode of Love Island
Zara, 25, is a model and property developer from London who said she’s been thinking about going on Love Island ‘for a long time’.
She said: ‘My love life is a bit shambolic so it would be nice to date in a different environment as whatever I’m doing at the minute isn’t working.’
Asked what she will bring to the show, Zara replied: ‘Sass, vibes and good energy. I’m a massive hype girl, I’m very complimentary so I hope to keep the vibes up in the villa.
‘I’ll also bring spice, I’m a bit different and I don’t think there’s anyone in there that’s like me so I reckon I’ll keep things interesting.’
Looking for love: David, 24, is a money adviser from Essex who said he will bring ‘good vibes’ and ‘energy’ to the villa
Zara insisted she won’t be afraid to go after what she wants in the villa and won’t let the other girls take a guy she likes away.
She said: ‘I’m very loyal but that means I sometimes put others before myself. But this is Love Island so I’m not going to go in there and let the girls takeover because in the past I’ve been like, ‘If you like him, you have him’.
‘I’d be an amazing girlfriend, I’m understanding, caring, fun and sexy.’
The beauty reckons she is still single because of her ‘very high standards’, adding: ‘My parents have a great relationship, I’ve got an amazing mother and father and I know what works in a relationship.’
If the men in the villa hope to impress Zara, they’ll have to make sure their gym routine is up to scratch as she said guys who ‘aren’t into their fitness and health’ give her ‘the ick’.
Confident: Zara insisted she won’t be afraid to go after what she wants in the villa and won’t let the other girls take a guy she likes away
Along with her work as a model, Zara said she has also appeared in several music videos for artists like Hardy Caprio, Headie One, Aitch and Tione Wayne.
David, 24, is a money adviser from Essex who said he will bring ‘good vibes’ and ‘energy’ to the villa.
The hopeful is confident about his abilities to find a girl in the villa, saying: ‘Listen, there’s only one David Salako. There we go.
‘If you’re in a relationship with me it’ll be nothing but good fun, vibes. I think I’m alright looking as well.’
Asked why he is single, David replied: ‘I’m very picky – I haven’t met the right one yet. The person you’re going to meet is never going to be perfect, but I’ve got my standards, yeah.’
Zara said: ‘My love life is a bit shambolic so it would be nice to date in a different environment as whatever I’m doing at the minute isn’t working’
Recalling his worst dating experience, David said he once went out with a girl who took issue with the amount of women he followed on social media.
He recalled: ‘I met someone through an app, she was messaging me all the time. When I met her, she said, “I’ve been down your social media followers, you follow a lot of girls.”
‘If I was in a relationship with someone I wouldn’t want them following that many girls.’ I said to her, “This is a bit too much for me.”
Aske if he falls in love quickly, David said: ‘I’m in between. If I like you I’ll put my whole 100% into you and that could lead me into liking you quickly.’
Love Island continues on Wednesday at 9pm on ITV2.
