Lucy Spraggan looked completely unrecognisable when she appeared on This Morning on Friday, with the singer looking worlds away from her X Factor days.
Lucy, 31, appeared on the ITV daytime show to chat about her new single, Everything Changes, with guest hosts Rylan Clark, 33, and Ruth Langsford, 62.
The singer, who appeared on The X Factor alongside TV star Rylan in 2012, opened up about her future plans, revealing that she's got a new album and a book both set to be released in 2023.
However, it was Lucy's drastic transformation that had caught viewers' attention, with the star debuting an entirely new look.
The 31 year old has undergone a huge transformation over recent years and it didn't go unnoticed by fans, who took to social media to share their thoughts.
"I can't get over how different Lucy Spraggan looks," on viewer tweeted, as another said: "I can't believe how much Lucy Spraggan has changed."
"Omg Lucy Spraggen looks hella different, I suppose in 10 years is a long time," a third stunned fan added.
Lucy has documented her transformation online over recent years, with the star giving up alcohol, hitting the gym and dying her brunette locks blonde.

In July, she shared a snap of herself during her X Factor days next to one of herself now to show the difference, alongside a lengthy caption where she opened up about her fitness journey.
"If you've been here for a while you will know fitness is a massive part of my life. And if you've been here for an even longer while, you'll know it never used to be.
"In the last couple of years, moving my body has become an extremely big piece of taking care of my mental health. My relationship with my body and movement is key to my mental well-being and my relationship with myself," Lucy wrote.
"It's one of the most radical forms of self care I've ever committed to and stayed consistent with. It's also one of my favourite ways to play as an adult, whether it's trying to do handstands or swing myself through a set of monkey bars!"
Lucy is now a qualified personal trainer, having also completed a nutrition course and mental health and wellbeing course
Lucy is still very much living out her pop star dreams though, having brought out an album titled Choices in 2021, which debuted at number 5 on the UK Albums Chart.
She is now gearing up to go on a UK tour next year, which will see her perform in cities including Manchester, London and Birmingham.
