Mark Wright and Michelle Keegan excited to ‘move into mansion we’ve worked so hard for’

Mark Wright has shared his excitement over moving into his mansion with wife Michelle Keegan after a "stressful time" creating their dream home.

Former The Only Way Is Essex star Mark, 35, and his actress wife Michelle, 34, bought the plot of land in 2019.

The couple were granted planning permission to demolish the cottage that existed when they bought the land to create their dream home.

And now, after months of work to create their perfect £3.5million home, the couple are weeks away from moving into the lavish pad, which Mark has given a glimpse of.

Speaking to OK!, Mark revealed: "I reckon we’re a few weeks away, hopefully. It’s been a stressful but fun time.

"I’m very excited for it to be done and to just to move in and live in the comforts we’ve worked so hard to get."

The couple have their dogs Phoebe and Pip, who will also move into their lavish new home with them.

And the former TOWIE hunk revealed how he thinks the pups will react to their plush new home.

"We always laugh about the dogs and how they’ll react," he explained. "Our Chihuahua, Pip, thinks she rules the roost in the current house.

"It does make us laugh, but the minute we move in to the new place she will feel like it’s hers, like the queen of the palace.

"They are literally our children. We go on holiday and we don’t miss England or home. Michelle and I miss them."

Mark and Michelle's stunning dream home, which even has its own private bar, was made into a reality by the couple's builders.

But, the works have come with their difficulties as progress on the home was halted during the pandemic, but they have since restarted and the house is now near completion.

And to show his gratitude over the festive period, Mark even treated his tradesman to a night out.

Mark shared a series of snaps of the outing on his social media page as he grabbed some selfies with his new tradesman pals.

He was clearly filled with gratitude towards those helping to create his home as he shared a grinning selfie of him with one of lads and gushed: "My guy!! Been working on the site since day…."

In another, Mark can be seen taking a selfie with the groundskeeper.
