Harry Judd is one of the stars trialling Play-Doh's Home Protection Service as he opens up on his and wife Izzy's "love-hate" relationship with the modelling dough.

The 35 year old, Izzy, 37, and their two children Lola, five, and Kit, three, were recently visited by the Home Protection Service, consisting of a squad of experts helping to protect homes from children's messy play.

Parents at their wits' end can now call on the service to ensure their children get the maximum fun out of Play-Doh whilst keeping their homes squeaky clean.

Sharing the experience exclusively with OK! online, McFly drummer Harry said: "Izzy and I have a love-hate relationship with Play-Doh.

"We know it inspires our little ones, and encourages them to use their imaginations, however it can also be really messy!

"But, our lives have since been transformed, with one call of the Home Protection Service – who turned our kitchen into a mess-proof space for Kit and Lola to continuing using their wildest imaginations with the colourful Doh, mess-free!"

Sharing a video of the home visit to Instagram, Harry adorably sits with his children as they mould items out of the dough.

Lola tells her dad's 604,000 Instagram followers that her favourite thing to make out of Play-Doh is a zebra, while cheeky Kit admits he likes to make "poo poo" with it.

In the video, Lola proudly shows off a superhero she has made, as Kit serves up peas to his dad from his toy kitchen, all while keeping the house immaculately clean.

The adorable family will soon have another little pair of hands making mess, as Izzy recently announced she was expecting a baby boy.

Ahead of their third child's arrival, the pair decided to share a sweet gender reveal video with their loyal legion of fans online.

The video opens with Lola and Kit kissing the sonogram picture proudly mounted on the fridge in the family's kitchen, before they began to dance along to the beautiful song playing in the background with their parents.

Little Lola donned a white T-shirt white had 'Big Sis' spelt out in a pink floral pattern, which perfectly complimented her younger brother’s matching T-shirt which spelt out 'Big Bro' in a shade of navy-blue.

The song in the background sang the words: “beautiful, beautiful, beautiful, beautiful boy” as the family danced around the kitchen together with joy.

Lola delighted fans with a beautiful dance routine which she performed in front of the camera with the assistance of her father, who lifted her in the air and spun her around in their kitchen.

Kit joined in with the antics as he strummed away on his lime green guitar by large glass doors which lead out to the back garden.

Proud mum Izzy whipped out her violin and began playing whilst her daughter proudly held up a little baby grow which said 'Lil Bro' on the front.

Play-Doh's Home Protection Service will be rolled out to families across the UK today – for more information, including how to book the service, head to
