The star shed some light on the incident as she said: “I nearly killed myself a couple of times.
“We were playing bowls, and it got dark and I fell down a ditch.
“I ended up with a big gash in my leg.
“I needed medical help for that. I thought I was going to need stitches, but thankfully I didn’t in the end.”
She continued in her interview with Bella magazine: “I also had an accident in a water park, where I was on a raft, and I let go and free-styled down.
“I went up a wall, came back down again and the raft landed on top of me.
“I didn’t get a serious injury, but I did wet myself and everything fell out of my swimming costume.
“I lost my dignity. Hopefully they won’t show that bit!”
Celebrity Coach Trip is returning after a two-year break, with a new line up of stars.
It was filmed in Portugal in September and overseen by legendary tour guide Brendan Sheerin.
Other celebrities boarding the bus include Paul Danan, X Factor rapper Honey G, Team GB athletes Andrew Pozzi and Adam Gemili.
As well as this, Gogglebox star Tom Malone Jnr, actor Will Best, comedian Matt Richardson and Big Brother’s Latesha Grace all star as well.
Linda recently hit headlines to tell fans that a Birds of a Feather reunion will happen, in order to quash “feud” rumours.
This was after in May it was reported that ITV had cancelled plans to commission a brand new series of the iconic sitcom.
This was reportedly due to Pauline’s decision not to reprise her character as Linda Robon’s on-screen sister, Sharon Theodopolopodous.
She had already been absent from the Christmas special last year, leaving Linda and Lesley Joseph to appear in the reunion episode alone.
And while ITV remained hopeful that Pauline would have a change of heart — since her husband and manager Steve Sheen was reportedly open to the idea of negotiating a deal for her return — in the end, she decided to scrap the move altogether.
During an interview with The Sun at the Clifford The Big Red Dog premiere, Linda gushed that she would be open to working on a follow-up to last year’s Christmas reunion.
The Loose Women star, who landed her big break playing the role of Tracey in the BBC programme from 1989 to 1998, is welcoming the idea of reprising her character.
However, it’s still unclear whether Pauline will want to join.
