Phillip Schofield has admitted that he is now "obsessed" with crystals after his This Morning co-host Holly Willoughby introduced them to him.
Holly previously explained that she cures her son Chester's nightmares by putting green fluorite crystals next to his bedside and also holds a crystal ball while meditating before work.
And 59 year old Phil has now explained that using healing crystals help him be "in tune with the planet" as well as "himself".
"I believe in the power of crystals. I spend far too much time around Holly, but she's convinced me that there's a lot in that," the television personality explained.
In an interview with The Mirror, Phil added that the crystals were now a huge of his "spirituality".
He also told the publication he once left his amethyst geodes outside overnight so that the pink super moon could "cleanse" the rock.
Phil was speaking about his love for crystals ahead of This Morning's Halloween special.
He did, however, explain that he doesn't believe in ghosts,
"I'm a little bit of a proof sort of guy. I'll believe anything if you can offer me some sort of proof, and I haven't seen anything yet. Nothing that I truly believed it," he explained.
This comes after Holly launched her new project called Wylde Moon in September.
It is described as an online space that champions women, nourishes the soul and explores crystal energies.
This new-found love of spirituality came to her during her time in Australia as she presented the 2019 series of I'm A Celebrity… Get Me Out Of Here!
On her new website, Holly said that her time away from family gave her a chance to rediscover herself as she "started to unlock pieces of herself" upon her return to the UK.
The star explained: "The most important pillars of Wylde Moon are about having a true sense of self, igniting your intuition, knowing your self worth, nourishing your body and soul through music, food, laughter, sex, passion, beautiful things or all of the above.
"I think it's important that we pick those beautiful things carefully, whether they're for your home or your body. And that's not something we should feel guilty about either, because we all love different things."
Holly frequently shares Instagram snaps that depict her love for crystals.
In June 2021, Holly she took a selfie whilst holding a crystal, captioning the image: "High vibrations…"
