Pregnant Lauren Goodger has worried fans after sharing a cryptic post about “disappearing”.

Taking to Instagram Stories, the former TOWIE star, 34, who is expecting her first child with boyfriend Charles Drury, posted a quote that read: “I disappear sometimes. It’s my thing.”

It comes after Lauren, who recently showed off blossoming baby bump as she braved the cold in a stylish brown jumpsuit, admitted she was struggling with morning sickness.

The mum-to-be told her Instagram followers: “Couldn't get my food shopping earlier had to leave Sainsbury's as the sickness and dizziness and tiredness hit real hard.”

Lauren had previously opened up about how she was suffering in her first trimester.

She told The Sun: “Some days it’s like having a hangover. Even though I’m pregnant and I don’t go out, I don’t drink, I still get that feeling. I thought when I got pregnant that would all be over. It’s not fair.

Lauren and Charles, 23, announced the pregnancy in an exclusive interview with new magazine.

Lauren explained: “We were quite sexually active and I’m not on anything [contraceptives] and it happened very soon."

Charles added: “Family has always been such a big thing and I’ve got friends who have done it from such a young age, and my mum had me at quite a young age as well – at 17.

“It’s something that happened naturally and we wanted it straight away. When Lauren told me, it was mixed emotions, but something that I’d always wanted.”

The couple made their romance official in October last year and are set to welcome their baby in July.

Despite their quick romance, Lauren has insisted that she and Charles are meant to be.

“We’re very comfortable with each other and we’ve been through a lot,” she said. “We’re settled at home and we’re having a baby –it’s gone 100 miles an hour! We’re a family now.”
