Jack Whitehall's pregnant girlfriend Roxy Horner looked uncomfortable amid her battle with SPD as she stepped out using crutches and a support belt.
The model, 32, concentrated on walking and appeared focused as she relied on the crutches to help her walk during an outing in London on Friday.
Roxy's blossoming baby bump was supported by a visible belt as she enjoyed some fresh air in town while wearing a stylish but casual outfit.
The star, who is currently eight months pregnant, recently revealed she needs crutches for assistance due to the "excruciating pain" she is in while suffering with symphysis pubis dysfunction (SPD).
Roxy, who is nearing the end of her pregnancy with comedian Jack, 35, still looked stunning as she showcased her nearly full-term bump.
She kept her blonde hair away from her face with a high ponytail and sunglasses placed on her head while she opted for summery cream jeans and a comfortable white t-shirt.
Roxy's outing comes as the star recently opened up about her furious battle with symphysis pubis dysfunction (SPD).
The model shared a snap to her Instagram last week, where she admitted how challenging she has found the third trimester.
Roxy and Jack announced their baby news earlier this year and later revealed that they will be welcoming a baby girl.
Mum to be Roxy then revealed that she had been experiencing uncomfortable pelvic pain due to symphysis pubis dysfunction which, according to the NHS, is "a collection of uncomfortable symptoms caused by a stiffness of your pelvic joints or the joints moving unevenly at either the back or front of your pelvis".
This condition affects up to one in five pregnant women and can be treated with physiotherapy, but is unlikely to completely go away until after the baby is born.
Roxy said she has been left in "excruciating" pain and admitted that it has "not been easy."
The pregnant star explained: "Thank god for my mumma looking after me during this final trimester. I actually don't know what I would have done without her.
"Getting everything baby ready with SPD has not been easy but my mumma has really helped me get things organised this last week and I'm starting to feel a bit more at ease with that.
"Just can't wait to have baby girl here and not feel this way anymore, it really is excruciating to walk or move right but not long to go and apparently all symptoms of SPD go away once bubba arrives."
When Roxy announced her battle with SPD, she admitted she wondered why she'd been in so much pain and struggling to do normal things.
Taking to her Instagram Story, Roxy shared a snap of her dog Coco alongside the text: "Last week was tough for me, we lost our grandad and then I spent a few days in hospital.
"I’ve been diagnosed with symphysis pubis dysfunction which basically means I struggle to stand up or walk during this last bit of my pregnancy without having proper rest."
