Model Caprice Bourret, 49, has opened up about how she thinks Prince Harry, 36, won’t be able to deal with “fake” Los Angeles much longer. The Duke of Sussex currently lives in the California city with his pregnant wife Meghan Markle, 39, and their son Archie Harrison.

The former senior members of the Royal Family moved there last year after first living in Canada.

However, now the former Dancing on Ice star has revealed she thinks Harry will be struggling with the city.

She said: “I grew up in LA and spent most of my twenties there, before moving to London, where I’ve now lived for more than 20 years.

“And the two places are so culturally different, it’s crazy.

“On the surface, LA seems amazing, with the gorgeous weather and incredible amenities, but it’s a fake, concentrated world.

“The best example to use is friendships – every friendship is surface value in LA.

“You meet someone, and you’re ‘best friends’ but it’s all for show and it’s social climbing.

“Harry won’t be used to that, because in the UK, I’ve made real friendships.

“From my experience, people here are more real and loyal.”

The star added in her piece in Closer Magazine how she thought Harry will soon “learn what it’s really about”.

Caprice also spoke about how she doesn’t think he’ll be able to handle the “fake world” much longer.

She penned: “Harry and Meghan may be loving it now – for Harry, it’s new, fresh, exciting and for her, it was already ‘home’.

“But I think he’ll start to see LA for what it is and learn what it’s really about.

“I don’t think he’ll be able to handle Meghan’s fake LA world for long.

“All my British friends who have moved there have loved it at first, but been back in the UK within a couple of years.

“I think the trip back to the UK will have made him miss home.”

Harry recently returned to England for his grandfather Prince Phillip’s funeral.

He walked behind the coffin in the ceremony last Saturday, April 17 along with his brother Prince William.

However, Harry then returned home to Los Angeles on April 20, the day before the Queen’s birthday.

Harry and Meghan were also recently in the news as they were announced to be taking part in Vax Live.

Airing virtually on May 8, this is a fundraising concert raising money and awareness for the Covid-19 vaccine.
