Rumoured I’m A Celebrity… Get Me Out Of Here! contestant Sam Thompson has discussed who he would most like to enter the jungle with in an exclusive interview with Express.co.uk.
In a wider chat about his work with Boots, which sees him present The Locker Room series in a bid to get more men talking about their mental health, the star admitted he would love to see one of his childhood heroes down under.
The former Made In Chelsea star and Love Island podcast host, who can often be seen making hilarious TikTok and Instagram videos with his Strictly star girlfriend Zara McDermott, revealed who he would most like to meet on the ITV show.
“Who would I want to go in with?” he began. “You know what, if I were to go into the jungle, I feel like I wouldn’t be able to tell you,” he added coyly. “So that’s number one.
“Number two, I’d say that if I was going to be going in… Stephen Fry probably would be my favourite person ever in the world.

“If I could sit anywhere with – not just the jungle – anywhere with him… Because I absolutely love that man,” he enthused.
“I’ve grown up listening to his voice every single evening when I go to sleep because I played my Harry Potter audiobooks. So, probably Stephen Fry anywhere.”
Celebrated actor and broadcaster Stephen famously lent his voice to narrate all seven of J.K. Rowling’s immensely books in the Harry Potter series.

Sam continued: “But I’ve got to say, if I were to be signed up for anything like I’m A Celeb, I’d just feel incredibly lucky and fortunate to be there, because I never really thought I’d be able to get there.
“So yeah, it would be an amazing experience,” he added with a smile, “If I were to be doing it.”
Sam isn’t the only celebrity to be rumoured to join the I’m A Celeb line-up for 2023, with the Sun reporting that we could also see former UKIP leader Nigel Farage on our screens next week.

First Dates star Fred Sirieix’s name has also been mentioned, as well as This Morning star Josie Gibson.
Britney Spears’ sister Jamie Lynn Spears is also reported to be catching a flight to Australia, which would undoubtedly cause shockwaves given the recent release of the Toxic singer’s bombshell autobiography.
