Steve-O ‘jumping off’ Tower Bridge
Jackass star Steve-O was arrested in London after he took a dive off the iconic Tower Bridge and into the river Thames – but it wasn’t his only ‘illegal’ stunt of the day.
Although the 49-year-old is well known for his dangerous stunts, his plunge into the murky waters was short-lived as he was swiftly detained the moment he reached the shores.
However, Steve-O put on a show as he jumped in holding a union jack umbrella, with shorts and matching knee-length socks.
He completed his look with an “I love London” t-shirt and a union jack bucket hat.
Despite his arrest, Steve-O boasted about the leap to his 6.7 million Instagram followers with a series of action shots.

The post was captioned: “I was detained by police after doing this jump off the Tower Of London Bridge yesterday.
“But they were totally cool, and understood that I’m just super excited to be taping my THIRD (and craziest by far) comedy special on Friday, July 14 in London (where I was born!)
“This incredible photo sequence was shot by @petejobson, and the photo from above was shot by @mikechudley.
Reflecting on his trip, he added: “What an epic day yesterday was! PS— the video of this is in my stories!”
Chief Inspector Rob Bell from the City of London Police told the Express: “Officers were called to Tower Bridge at 4.28pm to reports of a person in the water close to Tower Bridge. The person is currently being spoken to by officers.”

Fans took to his comments with excitement including @griffinblake1994 who wrote: “Gotta respect it! Steveo will go any length for his art.”
Marcus_woah praised: “That’s the best picture I’ve ever seen.”
While @vegiman_micky warned: “There’s so much sh*t in there but did you at least have your mouth shut this time?”
As @taylorgatti remarked: “Love that he’s still doing this type of sh*t.”
However, this wasn’t the only dangerous stunt Steve-O pulled during his trip to London as he illegally climbed on top of a double-decker bus.
He then proceeded to jump on the roof while holding up the union jack flag.
The entertainer also took to social media with an action shot, captioned: “I asked for a professional photographer in London to shoot me illegally climbing onto the roof of a big, red double-decker bus, and @mikechudley absolutely killed it!
“The bus driver was really cool about the surprise, too— I promised him we would obscure anything identifiable about him or his individual bus! What a day I had yesterday.”
