She tweeted in view of her 188,000 followers.

The original tweet was posted by Rylan Clark-Neal, who tweeted expressing his excitement for the Eurovision contest.

Rylan said: “Is it Eurovision yet. Hurry up mate!”

A fan, @Philipcarman, then responded to Rylan, saying: “You and @JManrara would be a great duo for Eurovision.”

Janette then responded in a quote tweet, in complete agreement with the stranger.

She said: “Yaaasssss please!”

Other fans were quick to jump onto Rylan’s tweet and revel in his excitement for the next contest.

@Fuglyfairy said: “I watched a rerun of 2014 on a train journey home yesterday. Bliss. Pick a year and just have a party.”

@McGannJack said: “I’m actually listening to the eurovison playlist on @SpotifyUK this morning. It’s a camp start to Friday!” (sic)

Meanwhile, one fan had a thing or two to say about their expectations for the show.

@LadyFiLahLah said: “I want Lulu this year. Or Ed Sheeran if Lu is too busy.”

A few weeks ago, Janette took to Instagram in view of her 472,000 followers, to reveal her frustration at her former dance partner, HRVY for lack of communication.

With a serious face, the star playfully said that he was “out of her life” after he “promised” to text her back next time.

The It Takes Two host then showed that she was working with her dance partner from last year’s series, singer HRVY.

She was joined by HRVY and ITV’s Dr Ranj Singh, who she also danced with on Strictly, on a game show.

The It Takes Two host looked serious as she asked the singer a question.

“HRVY?” she said, as he responded.

“What are you going to do next time I text you?” she asked the star.

“I’m going to reply,” said HRVY as he did a dance for Janette, who looked unimpressed.

“I promise,” HRVY added as he blew her a kiss.

Still annoyed, Janette added: “He’s out of my life”, as she shook her head.

Earlier this year the star spoke about how she had a “gut feeling” that last year’s Strictly would be her last time on the dance floor.
