LET'S face it, cleaning the floors in your home is an arduous chore that nobody enjoys.

But what if there was a super cheap and simple way to speed up the boring cleaning process?


Well, according to one savvy shopper there is – and it's all thanks to a bargain buy in Aldi.

Katy Connell took to money-saving Facebook group Extreme Couponing and Bargains UK, which has 2.2million members, and shared a snap of the Addis Spray Mop, which is perfect for quick cleaning in a hurry.

Alongside the image, she penned: "Bargain from Aldi yesterday for £8.99 been in B&M today and seen them selling for it £18 wanted one for ages!"

Super easy to use, you simply spray as you mop.

The 100 per cent microfibre head locks in dirt and is completely machine washable, while the swivel head is ideal for hard to reach places.

Not only that, but the bargain buy claims to "pick up 50 per cent more dirt and dust than a regular strand mop" and is "twice as fast as a regular mop and bucket".

So it's little surprise shoppers have been racing to the comments section to share their views on the product.

"I still have mine around a year on it’s actually really good. Paid a tenner for mine," wrote one.

A second penned: "This model is brilliant. My first one lasted years and I bought the same again.

"The spray nozzle can clog up but easily cleared by poking it with a pin and I get replacement pads from eBay."

A third enthused: "Congratulations."

Meanwhile, a fourth added: "I paid £22 from Argos for a Beldray one love it I use it all time."

And it's not the only 'must-have' household cleaning item that homeowners have been going wild for in recent months.

Sukhpreet Kaur Mann was left thrilled when she spotted a cheap Febreeze spray.

She wrote: “For anybody who is looking for a mist free Febreeze for their home, this is most definitely the best one I’ve brought from Home Bargains for 99p.

“Makes the house [and] beds smell nice and fresh.”

Cleaning fans have also been scrambling to Aldi to nab Fabulosa’s brand new fragrance that will make your house smell like summer – and it smells just like the popular fragrance, Sol De Janeiro.

A shopper named Lauren raved about the Summer Crush bathroom spray she'd picked up from her local superstore and wrote: "Although you can’t use it like a body spray, it can make your bathroom smell divine!"

And it's not just bathroom spray they do either, as Lauren said she'd also spotted a kitchen version as well.
