Heather Graham is enjoying some R&R by the beach.

On Sunday, the 50-year-old actress posted an Instagram photo of herself in a Monday Swimwear cheetah print bikini and oversize sunglasses with the caption, "Ocean meditation 🌊"

Graham's fans and followers were impressed by her toned body in the comment section, with one person writing, "So are you trying to put the 20 something crowd to Shame cause wow 🔥🔥"

"🤟🤟break the internet 🤟🤟🔥" someone else wrote. While a third Instagram user joked, "Wish I would have seen this before I ordered Postmates 🤦🏼‍♀️"

Back in June, when Los Angeles began lifting coronavirus restrictions and residents were allowed to visit public beaches, the Boogie Nights star made a stylish return to the shoreline in a sizzling bikini that showcased her flawless figure.

With friend Odessa Rae by her side, the actress hit the beach in an ivory two-piece and accessorized with a pair of sunglasses and a floppy wide-brim hat to protect her face from the UV rays.

"Today feels like the first day of summer. Having a beach day with @princessodessa. 🌊🌞," Graham captioned the photo with her friend, who posed in a teeny-tiny leopard print string bikini.

Fans flooded the comments of Graham's post to compliment her look. "Still rockin' the perfect bikini body," one person said. "U look amazing heather 😍😍," wrote another fan.

A different person jokingly said, "You're 25, right?"

Graham previously told PEOPLE she's all about "feeling good from the inside out" and is focusing on a maintaining a healthy lifestyle now more than ever.

"I love yoga, I mediate," she said. "I do affirmations every day because, like everyone, I'm afraid of getting older." Graham continued: "The culture will try to tell you, 'Now's the time to feel bad about yourself.' I say, 'Now's the time to feel even better.'"
