A JOINT WEDDING went horribly wrong when a blackout meant that the brides couldn't see their partners and accidentally married the wrong grooms.
Two sisters were part of the quadruple wedding in Indian state Madhya Pradesh which was ruined by a power cut.
The major gaff was caused by the outage plunging events into darkness and the tradition for brides to cover their faces with a veil.

The muddle came after father of the brides, Rameshlal Railot, organise the weddings of his son and three daughters on the same day, according to The Independent.
