A WOMAN has revealed how she transformed her window with a £3.50 buy.
Chrissy Clarkson hated that she could see straight through to her neighbours house and vice versa, so decided to frost her windows on the cheap.
Taking to her TikTok account @chrissizoe1 showed the before and after pictures of her UPVC window which she upgraded with glue and frog tape.
Sharing the view from her window, she penned; "Felt overlooked."
The mum of one could see directly into her neighbour's home and they could see directly into hers.
To give herself and her neighbour more privacy, she decided to add a frosting effect on a budget.

She began by adding frog tape to the video to cut out the sections she wanted to frost.
Chrissy then used Elmer glue to cover the windowpane and waited for it to dry before removing the frog tape.
The DIY whizz was left with a geometric frosted effect on her window to block out the view while stile allowing light in.

The video has since gone viral on TikTok with over 180k views – but it seems not everyone was a fan of the DIY fan's transformation.
People quickly took to the comments section of the video to share their thoughts.
One person wrote: "It looks shocking."
Another commented: "Looks like condensation, I'll pass."
"Yeah I'll give it a miss thanks," penned a third.
Meanwhile, a fourth added: "Ruined the windows."
