A BEAUTY fan was left horrified after a visit to get her lashes and brows done went horribly wrong – and she blames the universe.
Getting your lashes done is supposed to be an enjoyable experience – but for Anita, from Dubai, the dream of fluttery falsies and Instagram-ready brows soon turned into a nightmare.
According to the young content creator, it was her first time visiting a beauty salon for a glow-up, which included forking out for natural-looking lash extensions and the viral eyebrow lamination trend.
Sharing the fail horror story on TikTok, the blonde showed her 50.6k fans the snap of what she had requested.
''I wanted a super natural cat eye – nothing too heavy on dark on me,'' the stunner explained in her video.
The same, she claimed, applied for her brows that had a slight ombré effect.

But despite forking out to see a specialist, Anita was hair-rified at the makeover, describing the brows as ''caterpillars'' glued onto her forehead.
To make matters worse, it wasn't just the laminated eyebrows that were a total flop in her eyes – the eyelash extensions were totally off too.
Posing with the pitch black falsies, Anita said: ''They're just far too thick and voluminous and glam.
''Not what I asked for,'' she insisted.

Although many would be quick to blame the artist behind the masterpiece, the Dubai-based stunner was convinced another factor was responsible for the mess.
''This is why you don’t make appointments during retrograde,'' the blonde joked.

According to astrology, you can expect an increase in frustrations, miscommunications and even mishaps when Mercury is retrograde.
