AN OVERWEIGHT mum-of-two splashed out £19,000 on a mummy makeover and now looks unrecognisable.
Senna-Michelle Clements, 28, from Surrey, weighed 17st 4lbs at her heaviest which led to depression.
The NHS senior contract manager attempted fad diets but her bad eating habits always got the better of her.
Eventually, in June 2021, Senna decided to take out a £10k loan to cover the cost of weight loss surgery.
After having 80 per cent of her stomach removed, the mum-of-two spent £9,000 on a breast uplift and reduction.
Now, nine months on, Senna gleams with pride as she shows off her 10st 7lbs body.

Senna said: “It is a lot of money but there is no better investment than yourself.
“People think surgery is lazy and cheating but it’s not easy.
“The day after surgery, I was throwing up blood clots and thought I was going to die.
“My whole relationship with food was forced to change, for the better.

“It’s not the easy way out
“A lot of people have said I should have worked out more and ate less however I found it incredibly difficult to change my mindset.”
Prior to the surgery, Senna dropped three stone through exercise.
But she struggled to maintain her weight loss as she couldn’t resist fizzy drinks, takeaways and snacking.

The self-confessed comfort eater recalled using any excuse to eat.
She added: “It didn’t matter how I was feeling, I would eat.
“If I was sad or stressed then I’d eat to for comfort and if I was happy then I would eat to celebrate.
“However in more recent years, I was barely ever happy.
“I was taking anti-depressants as my weight made me hit an all time low.
“I was disgusted with myself and even self harmed."
As a last resort, Senna opted for gastric sleeve surgery with Simon Monkhouse surgery in West Sussex.
She was desperate to lose weight to be a better mum for her daughters Emelia, five and Isla, one.
Six months after the surgery, in November 2021, Senna had her 42G breasts reduced to a 32DD cup.
She said: “My boobs were huge and so heavy.
“They made breast feeding Isla so difficult but I still did it.

Breakfast – Bacon sandwich or pate on toast
Snack – Crisps and chocolate
Lunch – McDonalds chicken select and mozzarella dippers
Dinner – Large pizza, garlic bread, or large portion of pasta
Pudding – Cheesecake or chocolate yogurt
Snacks – Crisps and can of coke
NOW
Breakfast – Poached egg on crumpet
Lunch – Small chicken salad
Dinner – Chicken fajita (one) or handful of mince spaghetti bolagnse
Snacks – Babybel
“But now, life is much better with a smaller waist and boobs.
“I can now wear anything I want and no longer have to hide underneath dark, baggy clothes.
“I can run around with the girls and give them my all.
“I no longer feel like I am hiding.
“I finally feel like me.”
Senna has ditched her bad eating habits and now only eats small portions.
Senna has replaced her size 22 wardrobe for size eight clothing.
She said: "Previously, I couldn't drive past McDonalds drive through without stopping off.
"But now, I am much more mindful.
"I used to eat huge portions but now I eat everything in moderation.
"I actually appreciate food and enjoy the flavours rather than eat until I am going to throw up."
Senna says she is still in disbelief when she sees her reflection.
She added: "I cannot believe it's me.
"I look and feel like a new woman.
