GETTING a good night's sleep is a vital part of everyone's self-care list.

But for some people, nodding off can be a real challenge after the stress of the day.

There are plenty of remedies, home and shop-bought, to help people relax, wind-down and get a good night's sleep.

A woman took to Facebook to share her favourite find to help her nod off quicker; Aldi's Diplomat Night Time Tea and it only cost 69p.

Writing on the Aldi UK shoppers' Facebook group, she said: "Best night's sleep I've had in ages after this sleep tea."

She explained that she drunk the tea before going to bed and when she woke up, she was delighted with how well she'd slept.

She wasn't the only one to sing the praises of the budget hot drink.

One said: "I've been taking the sleep one since 2 days ago and honestly it works better than sleeping pills.

"Also it works on my anxiety levels so I drink a cup here and then during the day… and the taste is lovely too!"

Another said: "I use the Twinnings one but will definitely be swapping to these saving £1 a box. Thanks for sharing."

But others shared that they hadn't had the same success from the tea.

One person said: "So I had this last night thinking it was going to be a miracle cure for my restless nights!

"Not sure if I was fighting against it trying to prove it wrong or what. But I had the worst night ever!"
