A WOMAN has revealed how she got the dress code to her first ever wedding as a guest catastrophically wrong.
In a hilarious video, the TikTok user revealed that wearing a yellow floral frock had ended up being an "embarrassing" fashion fail.
Captioning the post, the woman wrote: "One of the most embarrassing moments of my life."
In the clip, the first-time guest tells the camera: "Three weeks ago we got invited to a wedding and they just told us the date and where to do. No freaking information about the dress code.
"I've never been to a wedding so I was asking people 'what do you wear?'"
She continued: "People said 'don't wear white, don't wear red and don't where black'."
