A LINGERIE expert has given her verdict on the most popular bra sweeping the internet.
She was excited to try the nipple bra from Kim Kardashian’s Skims clothing brand after seeing others rave about the launch.
Nicola Crook, also known as Bras & Honey (@nicolacrookonline), has garnered over 68,000 followers on TikTok, where she shares advice for finding “great fitting bras.”
She took to the social media platform to share her opinion of Skims Ultimate nipple push-up bra.
The $62 bra is sold in various neutral colors with cup sizes ranging from A to F.
It boasts of giving “perfect fullness and enhanced shape”, while also having a built-in raised nipple detail for the illusion of perky breasts.
Nicola donned the bra underneath a plunging red top paired with sweatpants.
“Do you notice anything different about me?” she asked her followers.
“Come closer, look I have the Skims bra on. This is crazy.
“When I saw it launch I had to go and buy it because I’m like what? Why do we want this on a bra?

“I understand the whole movement of free the nip, which is great, fantastic, why not?
“Who should tell you what you should and shouldn’t wear?
“But why would you wear a bra that shows this?”
Nicola pointed at the nipple-esque protrusions on the cups of the bra as she admitted that she didn’t understand the concept.
She argued anyone who wanted visible nipples could simply choose not to wear a bra underneath their clothes.
“And then I realized that Victoria’s Secret actually did this bra in the 1990s,” she said.
“It says a lot by the fact that A) it was Victoria’s Secret who did it and B) it’s now not available.
“It doesn’t exist.
“So why has Skims brought this back? Is this just a statement Kim?
“What are we doing with this?
“And then I thought well it’s been a while since I last reviewed a Skims bra, let’s see what size you’ve got me in.
“The size chart is still broken.”
Nicola revealed that she was wearing a size 34B Skims bra despite having a 29-inch measurement around her rib cage and 35 inches around the fullest part of her bust.
She was shocked as she explained that she usually buys a 30F in other bra brands.
“Maybe even a 32DDD but never a 34B,” she added.
The lingerie expert admitted in a follow-up video that the concept of fake nipples on the cups had still left her scratching her head as she held the bra in her hands.
Thousands of people watched the review videos with many taking to the comment section admitting they also struggled with Skims sizing.
Others said they hadn’t been convinced to buy the viral bra and had spent years trying to keep their nipples from being exposed.
“Ha! I work hard to avoid this look!” one person wrote.
“I had the same thoughts lol! I think it reminds me of another ‘version’ of bullet bras that Marilyn Monroe used to wear in the 1950s,” another said.
