A FITNESS fanatic has reminded her followers to place too much importance on weight.
The influencer explained that how your body feels matters more than what the scale says.
TikTok user Arielle Stewart (@ariellestewart_) explained that your weight can fluctuate.
In her video, the avid gym-goer responded to a viral TikTok trend asking women to show "what a 110-190 lb body looks like."
Arielle revealed that she weighs 158 lbs while standing at five foot seven.
The TikToker showed off her impressive physique as she posed at the gym.
Arielle's weight-to-height ratio means her BMI falls just at the threshold of overweight.
However, her sculpted curves and toned muscles prove that the number on the scale doesn't mean much.
The fitness fanatic addressed the issue in the caption of her video.
She wrote: "I’ve been getting a lot of questions on weight. This is just for perspective, the number on the scale fluctuates a lot and that’s okay."

The body-positive influencer concluded: "Remember that it's about how you feel and not how you look."
TikTok users took to the comments section to share their thoughts.
"Saving this as my ideal body goal," wrote one impressed viewer.
Another follower said: "You’re literally my exact height and weight (more or less with weight as it fluctuates). But I definitely need to get back into the gym."
"Aaah I’m the same and this makes me feel so much better about my body, you look great," commented a third person.
