A HOME cleaning enthusiast has revealed how she gets stubborn stains out.

The dry cleaner shared her clever hack to keep laundry as clean as possible.

The content creator, who goes by the username @the.dry.cleaner, shared her tried-and true advice in a TikTok post.

"If you have pesky grease stains, this guy may be your answer," she said in the video.

She then took out a small bottle of dish soap and applied it to the stain.

"What you want to do is add a little bit of fairy liquid to the stain.

"Then you want to rub the fairy liquid into the stain.

"Fairy liquid is made to tackle oil and that's why it's so good at getting grease stains out.

"After letting it set for five to 10 minutes, you're going to put it in a wash on its normal temperature.

"Although this all seems strange, it is a well loved secret in the cleaning community," she said.

The dry cleaner also showed before and after shots of the piece, with the stain clearly being removed from the fabric.

The video drew in many viewers who shared their thoughts in the comment section.

"I’ve done this for years you can also use an iron and brown paper," one wrote.

"I do this but put it on back of stain to push it out," another added.

"I use Fairy for everything, it’s also great for a once a month shampoo it removes build up and hair is glowing," a third commented.

"Done this for years, works every time," yet another said.

"It works," one more said. "Rub it in with a toothbrush."
