A FIT gym girl says people are shocked when they see her pumping iron without a cover on.
Teresa Casillas has more than 27,000 followers on TikTok, where she describes herself as “your local petite gym friend.”
She shares content about her life but mostly her fitness routine at the gym, where she says she turns heads.
In one video, Teresa is seen wearing a baggy hoody as she works out.
“Me with a pump cover hammer curling my 15’s,” she wrote using the app’s text overlay.
However, the next clip shows Teresa wearing a sports bra, showing off the definition in her arms.
“Me without my pump cover,” said said. “I’m tiny but we’re getting more defined."
She received several compliments in the comments section.
“Doing great!” wrote one person.
“WOWWW” wrote another.

In another video, Teresa clapped back at haters who tried to slam her for the outfits she wears at the gym.
“The gym isn’t a fashion show,” read the text in the clip, referring to the comments Teresa gets from others.
Teresa shrugs it off as she looks at her election.
“Ever heard of look good, feel good?” she asked.
“WEAR that outfit if it helps you get a better lift!!”
