A PROFESSIONAL hairdresser has revealed the horrific state of a client's hair after she found it full of lice.
Rach shared the video on TikTok where it's gone viral, with almost 40 million viewers watching the story time.
''As you can see, today we have a bit of a different situation.
''This poor child has had lice for a very long time,'' she said whilst demonstrating the state of the locks.
''Her hair has not been brushed in ages that it has turned into one big ball of lice and knots.''

The hairdresser who deals with nits on a regular basis, said this head was the most extreme case she has ever come across.

''I see both at work but nothing compares to this.''
In typical cases, she said, the hairdresser would simply put some treatment and then go through with a metal brush to get the dead parasites out.
''But I didn't want to put a metal comb anywhere near this baby's hair,'' she said, adding that even the forehead was covered in scars from where the nits had drunk blood.
''This broke my heart to see.''
After a further inspection, she realised that the hair was so matt, the lice had started to move to her neck and hands because they couldn't access the scalp.
The case was so bad, Rach decided to contact the Child Protection Services, who took the girl for a check-up at a hospital.
There, it was decided that it's best to shave her hair off completely.
''Which is sad but I'm glad she got a fresh start.
''So she's in a very safe environment now, which I'm happy about!''
