A SAVVY shopper has revealed how to make scrumptious Nando's inspired spuds in your air fryer for less than 40p.
Cooking enthusiast Ashleigh took to TikTok to share the cheap recipe using canned spuds that cost her a mere 39.
Although Ashleigh had nabbed the tinned potatoes from Aldi, she claimed that these are found at most supermarkets, where they sell for a similar price.
''Tinned potatoes in the air fryer are an absolute must and everyone loves them,'' she added in the clip.
The first step, the foodie revealed, is draining the spuds and giving them a good shake to remove any excess water.
Before chucking them in your air fryer, Ashleigh advised to cover them in a generous drizzle of oil – this will make the seasoning stick better.

To give the spuds flavour, the foodie then went in with a bit of Nando's Peri-Peri salt, which is available both online and at stores, such as Sainsbury's.
According to Ashleigh, who shared the recipe on her TikTok page, you can use any seasoning – garlic and herb, paprika or whatever your taste buds prefer.
''Just add it on, give it a shake,'' she said, before letting them cook and get crispy in the appliance for around 18 to 19 minutes on 190C.
''When they come out, they look so gorgeous and crispy. They're crispy on the outside and soft on the inside.

Praising the golden goodness, Ashleigh added that the spuds go with just about anything, meats included.

The clip soon won her close to a whopping 50k views in just one day, as fellow foodies raced to comments to share their thoughts.
One, unfortunately, wasn't raving about the easy recipe, writing: ''mine turned out like a bit slimey the inside of them I didn't like it.''
Another warned: ''be careful because the csn [can] explode when cooked in air fryer.''
''Definitely gona [gonna] try this,'' somene else chimed in.
