A money-saving mum has revealed how she makes her pennies go further when it comes to the food shop.
Mum-of-five, Charlotte Maltby, spends just £20 a week on her food shop, and now you can too.
The 27-year-old from West Yorkshire revealed her method for saving money while still feeding her family nutritious meals that don't break the bank.
The busy mum has mastered meals on a budget, and she's now sharing her tips and recipe ideas over on her account TikTok account @charlotte_mum_cooks to help parents who may be wanting to save on their shop.
Thanks to her clever meal ideas, Charlotte and partner Ryan, 29, were able to slash £20 a week off their food bills, taking them to a total of less than £20, which has been a massive help to them during the cost of living crisis.
She explains: "I decided to start because the increase in food prices shocked and scared me.

"Aldi does come up cheapest. However, some items can be found cheaper elsewhere, it depends on whether you have the time and ability to shop around.
"If I’m following a strict plan and sticking to it, I can save around £20 per week on my food shop, which can really add up over time.
