EVERY parent will know that however hot they feel in the summer heat, their kids will be suffering more.
So one mum has shared her number one hack to ensure that she can keep her little ones cool in the warm weather, even on the go.
TikTok user @mmarlo__5862 revealed that whenever she goes on a day out with her family, she remembers to pack something very important.
In a video, she said: “This is the perfect summer hack.”
She then revealed that she reaches for a thermos flask and fills it with ice pops and lots of ice to stop them from melting.
Demonstrating how quick and easy it is to prepare, she explained: “Have ice pops on the go for the kiddos.”

And she told her 601k social media followers that there’s an added benefit to her clever method, as it means you “save money too.”
That’s because you’re not having to splash out on expensive ice creams and ice lollies.
Instead, you can buy them in bulk and store them in your freezer in everyone’s favourite flavours.
And many parents said it worked for any occasion, from beach trips to picnics or even festivals.
