CLEANING guru Mrs Hinch, aka Sophie Hinchliffe, is best known for her gleaming home interiors and incredible hacks.
The proud mum, 31, today celebrated the birth of her second so the world on two years after her first child.
Who is Mrs Hinch?
Mrs Hinch is Sophie Hinchliffe's Instagram alias. She runs the account @mrshinchhome.
Her tips on how to make cleaning fun, and pictures of her immaculately decorated home became a hit with fans, who kept coming back for more, seeing her Instagram account attract millions of followers.
Sophie revealed that she didn't go looking for online fame and only created the Mrs Hinch Home account a few years ago to avoid "clogging up my personal Instagram and boring everyone with home pictures".
Along with her signature cleaning hacks, Sophie's stunning home interiors taste is often heralded as "home goals" by her "Hinch Army" of like-minded cleaning obsessives.
During her "early to mid-twenties", Sophie suffered from "anxiety and panic attacks" and discovered cleaning was her ultimate coping mechanism – saying "I would then get up and grab a cloth or a mop or a hoover and just start going."
Having experienced first-hand the calming powers of cleaning, Sophie would work through a to-do list of chores and found that "getting through them was so rewarding".
What's her net worth?
Mrs Hinch's social media success has catapulted her to be the second-highest-paid cleaning influencer in the world.
Her account has over 4million followers due to her cleaning tips gaining worldwide popularity.
New research has revealed Mrs Hinch rakes in an average of £5,900 each time she posts on social media.
The cleanfluencer is now thought to be worth an estimated £1 million, according to End of Tenancy Cleaning London.
The mum is second only in the world to Japanese cleaning enthusiast Marie Kondo, who earns a whopping £6,800 per post after being popularised following her namesake Netflix show.
The cleaning guru has worked with companies such as ilovewallpaper.co.uk, Very, Killeen, and Lenor who have paid her to feature their products in her posts.
Sophie also owes her fortune to the launch of her book Hinch Yourself Happy which sold 160,000 copies in the UK in just three days, topping the Amazon’s best-seller list even before its launch.
She followed that up with her second tome, Mrs Hinch: The Activity Journal, before releasing her Sunday Times No 1 Best Seller memoir entitled: "This is Me" in October 2020.
When did she give birth?
The 31-year-old welcomed her second child to the world today, on May 22, a beautiful baby boy named Lennie Alan James Hinchcliffe.
She sweetly revealed the news on Instagram with a candid snap of her holding the newborn, exclaiming her "heart is so full" after the new arrival made an appearance in the early hours of the morning.
Sharing the news with her 4.1 million fans, she wrote: "Hello Everyone. Jamie, Ronnie, Henry and I have a little someone to introduce to you. Born today, 22/05/21 at 12:56am, weighing 7lb 4 ounces, please meet Lennie Alan James Hinchliffe.
"I have absolutely no words to explain how I’m feeling right now guys but what I do know is that our hearts are so full.
"We are so very grateful and SO in love. Let the Adventures of Ron, Len & Hen begin.
"Thank you so so much for all of your beautiful well wishes and messages checking in on us.
"Your support and love means the world. Lots of love to every single one of you xxxx Jamie, your boys and I love you millions."
Sophie also shared a video of her getting ready for the birth, where she proudly showed off a tube of Smarties she was snacking on – before a slide read: "And then… Shortly after some Smarties…"
The next shot showed her and Jamie beaming and proudly cradling their newborn son.
Is she married and does she have any other children?
Sophie is married to Jamie Hinchliffe,41, aka Mr Hinch after they tied the knot in August 2018 at Gosfield Hall.
She is the mother of two-year-old Ronnie, who was born on June 20, 2019, and has just given birth to another boy, Lennie.
The Hinch clan also includes their dog, a Cocker Spaniel called Henry, who has also become famous from her Instagram account.
Her family feature on her Instagram page regularly, and fans are always happy to get to know more about the Hinch clan.
She recently returned to the stately home, saying: “Today me and Jamie returned to our wedding venue for the first time since our wedding day. Except this time we took Henry and Ronnie with us.
“I was SO excited but as soon as I walked in there, I cried. I cried to the wonderful ladies that were there to meet me.”
He popped the question on their fourth anniversary together.
The couple had a fairytale wedding with little quirks, including each of the tables named after a Beyoncé song such as Drunk in Love and Love on Top.
And while Mrs Hinch’s bridal gown was pure glamour, she added some humble touches in the form of her accessories including jewellery purchased in Next and a pair of flat ballet shoes.
The couple had their first dance to Brian McKnight and Mariah Carey – Whenever You Call.
In December 2018, Mrs Hinch announced to her followers she and husband Jamie were expecting a baby.
Then on June 19, 2019 she announced on social media that she'd given birth to her son called Ronnie James George Hinchcliffe.
Sharing the happy news with her Instagram followers, the star's husband Jamie, 39, wrote: "Yesterday, the 20th June 2019, at 4:11am, I watched my wife, the love of my life, bring our beautiful son Ronnie James George Hinchcliffe into the world, weighing 6lbs 1oz.
"I didn't think I could love Soph any more than I already do but I was so very wrong. For once, I am completely lost for words."
Mrs Hinch has been left horrified by cruel comments sent by social media trolls about her son's appearance.
Speaking on her Instagram story, she said: "No one deserves stuff like that. It's just an innocent little baby, my little boy.
"I don't know how people like that sleep, guys, I don't."
She thanked fans for their support after the abuse left her in tears.
On January 1 2021 Sophie revealed she and Jamie were expecting their second child via an Instagram post, which said: "Baby Hinch Number 2 , We can’t wait to finally meet you."
The following month the parents-to-be found out the gender of their unborn child, on Sophie's 31st birthday.
She said: “Ron & Hen… we ALL love you!!
“NOW get ready boys .. there will no longer be two!"
What is a Minky?
Sophie aims to make cleaning fun instead of a chore, and has named all of her cleaning equipment.
She admits that it "may sound odd to some, but it is a laugh for us all and now everyone is getting involved".
Her antibacterial cleaning pad is named a Minky, after the Minky M Cloth brand.
She's also named her mop Vera and has Dave the feather duster.
Along with "minkeh" the Minky cloth, Sophie has also started another online cleaning phenomenon in how she stores her utensils… known online as her very own "Narnia".
What are her best cleaning tips?
Sophie bulk-buys a lot of her cleaning products and she keeps them all in a wardrobe in her garage, which she refers to as her Narnia.
She doesn't use expensive products, and prefers stocking up in Poundland, as they get the job done.
One product which she can't get enough of is Zoflora, which you can grab in Poundland also.
It's a disinfectant liquid which comes in a huge variety of gorgeous scents and it can be used to clean most things.
And this is the moment Mrs Hinch found out she’s expecting another baby boy as she shares elaborate gender reveal.
Plus the mum-to-be shared a scan of her second baby who’s ‘kicking her to death’… & it explains why she’s not getting any sleep.
Meanwhile Mrs Hinch shows off her HUGE H&M & eBay haul for her new baby’s nursery as she reveals progress.
