Women are just discovering the best way to remove leg hair in the shower – and it's not shaving | The Sun

IF we asked you the best way to remove body hair in the shower, we're pretty sure you'd reply that it's shaving.

But we all know that comes with its downsides – from razor rash to painful little cuts.

So imagine how thrilled social media users were when they recently discovered there's a better and easier way to get the job done – and there's no need for a razor blade.

One woman on Tik Tok took to the platform to shout about her new favourite beauty product.

And while Veet is by no means a new brand, many didn't realise it has a dedicated hair removal cream for in-shower use.

Simmie Kaur explained: “I stopped using Veet a couple of years ago because it was just a bit too messy.

“I used to go in the shower, come out, use Veet, take it off and then go back in the shower.”

Speaking of the time-consuming and sometimes messy routine, she added: “It was a bit too much.”

But now the actress – who regularly posts on TikTok – said the discovery has been a complete game changer.

The easy cream just requires you to lather it on before jumping into the shower.

A blurb of the product on Veet’s website reads: “To make removing hair even simpler, Veet In-Shower Cream has been designed to fit in with your busy routine.

“Apply it just before jumping into the shower, and in the time it takes you to wash your hair, you’ll be hair free and silky smooth – it couldn’t be easier!

“With a unique combination of water resisting ingredients, it works while you shower, leaving you with touchably smooth skin.”

According to the hair removal brand, their cream works near the root to make our legs fuzz free.

And it can even be used on short hair to get rid of any pesky stubble that shaving might irritate.

People flocked to the comments of Simmie’s video to share their shock – and delight – at her disocvery.

One said: “I've learnt on TikTok that I have not been adulting properly.”

Another echoed: “I did not know this.”
