It’s dangerously hot in the UK with temperatures set to reach an eye-watering 42C on Monday and Tuesday.

People leaving their homes during the heatwave are advised to keep hydrated and wear cool clothes.

The Met Office has also warned Brits to only go out if it’s “absolutely necessary”.

But leaving the house can lead to risks if you can’t find any shade, or even worse… forget to wear suncream.

Research by Medino found 77% of Brits over the age of 18 don’t wear suncream to protect themselves from the sun.

Leaving your SPF at home doesn’t just harm your health, it can also lead to some terrible tan lines.
