Fiancée shows off 'ring of dreams' – but people are more concerned by her hand

Getting engaged is a monumental moment in many people’s lives, with some people rushing to social media to share their exciting news.

Many newly-engaged people often show off their ring as a sign that they have said ‘yes’ to their partner.

And this woman was no exception.

She took to TikTok to show off her bling ring and fresh set of nails, captioning the clip: "I said yes!!!"

But rather than being impressed with the flashy jewellery, many people had other things on their mind.

Despite her good news, people were concerned that the ring appeared to be a tad too small for her finger.

Although the woman described the piece as being the “ring of her dreams”, the jewellery appeared to be causing quite the nightmare.

Bulging around the ring, her finger appeared to be cut, bruised and extremely red in colour.

Ouch!

Despite her love for the ring, many people decided to share their negative thoughts on the painful-looking jewellery.

A screenshot of the original video was posted in a private Facebook group, leaving members to say what they really think.

One person commented: "Oh sweetheart. This is painful for all of us.”

Another person added: "It looks like the only thing you said yes to was losing that finger."

A third person said: "My own finger just screamed for help. If it doesn't fit, it doesn't fit! Don't rip your own skin trying to get it on."

Someone else stated: "Mother of God, that finger is screaming for its life."
