I hooked up with best friend but he's acting like it never happened | The Sun

DEAR DEIDRE: EVER since I had a hook-up with my best friend, he has acted like it never happened.

But we both know it did, and I’d like it to happen again. I think I’m in love with him.

I’m 24 and I’ve always known I was bisexual, although I’ve not felt able to tell any of my friends. I’ve had relationships with girls and secret sex with guys.

One evening last summer I got steaming drunk with one of my closest friends, who is also male.

He is 25 and came back to my place. We crashed out in the lounge.

I woke up to find him touching himself. We started kissing and ended up having sex – the best of my life.

But the next day, he said: “Last night never happened, OK?”

Now, he seems to be avoiding me, and if I try to talk to him about it, he changes the subject.

What do you think I should do?

DEIDRE SAYS: He may be embarrassed, or he may be conflicted about his own sexuality.

Sadly, if he refuses to discuss this, there’s not much you can do, and it’s clear he doesn’t want to repeat the experience.

If you push him, it may end the friendship.

Talking to someone will help. My pack on bisexuality contains sources of support.
