We all know that what we see on Instagram isn’t necessarily true to life thanks to clever poses and filters getting more and more high tech each year.

But, a model has spoken up about how she makes herself look curvier online using a few posing tricks that makes her butt look perkier.

Sabrina Low revealed that she was bullied for being too thin when she was younger. And, it seems she’s not alone in feeling she doesn’t fit the beauty standard bill.

Earlier this year, Dr Riccardo Frati, a cosmetic surgeon, spoke out about the rise in popularity of the Brazilian Butt Lift.

The procedure transfers fat from the stomach and thighs and re-injects it into the bum to give a more Kardashian-esque shape. But, it can be deadly and is banned in the UK because of the risks.

Unfortunately, this doesn’t stop some women from flying abroad to have it done.

Dr Riccardo said: “BBL is the fastest growing cosmetic surgery procedure in the world! They are particularly popular among Gen Z and Millennials, and I think this is mainly due to social media.”

Sabrina, who has a trim figure, wants other women to feel happy in themselves even if they don’t fit the Instagram beauty standard and shared some tricks she uses to look good online.

She said: “It affects me, because I think everyone has to feel happy and good the way they are, and not impose a standard that doesn't actually exist.”

Sabrina released a number of sizzling hot photos to demonstrate her favourite curve-enhancing poses.

In one snap, she made her waist look smaller with a simple adjustment to her attire.

She said: “It's really easy, just pull up your panty straps, and it's perfect!”

In the second comparison photo, she showed how she made her bum look larger by angling her booty to be side on instead of at a diagonal. By pulling up the straps of her briefs she also made her hips look more sloped.

Sabrina said: “To have a big butt, be careful with the angle of your photo”.

The blonde beauty added: “The pressure on social media for the 'Standard of Beauty' inspired me in these photos.”
